Dan’s People are a sharp four-piece indie pop band combining hauntingly beautiful lyrics with soaring four-part harmonies, acoustic guitar and heavy fuzz bass solos – and fast gaining a cult-like following in the Welsh festival circuit. Returning annually to drummer Gemini’s Californian roots, they have played the iconic Hotel Utah in San Francisco, Pappy and Harriet’s (Joshua Tree Desert), Heavenly Funk Festival (Santa Cruz) and the Elephant in the Room (Sonoma County). Keenly-awaited debut album “The Visitors” has recently been recorded by Mickel Ross on location in an old Rectory in Wales and the world-renowned Lucky Recording Studios in San Francisco.
